The mission, purpose, and goals of the Western Maryland Youth Lacrosse Conference are to provide the youth of the Western Maryland Area (including Carroll, Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Garrett, and Washington Counties), Southern Pennsylvania, Eastern West Virginia, and Northern Virginia, a healthful, enjoyable leisure time activity.
